random antenna question

is the antenna suppose to have some sort of switch or are u supposed to pull it out

el manual on that model

Some Honda makes (Accord, Prelude) had power antennas, most came up with the radio, a few have "half mast" switches

The antenna mainly comes up when the radio is turned on.
