STOLEN 04 RSX FRANK BUILT.. Northern Va
From Our Local News Regarding RSX being stolen.
Fairfax, Va. - Fairfax County (web | news) police are warning the public about a recent string of car thefts.
Since August of 2008, police report that at least 30 Acura vehicles, all either the RSX or Integra and ranging from the 1994 to 2004 models, have been stolen across the county.
Several of the vehicles were recovered; the thieves had stripped the cars for parts.
Investigators believe that the thefts were orchestrated by several organized groups operating all over the metro area. Damage and loss to these stolen cars exceeds $360,000 so far.

Police want to residents to be careful and take steps to minimize the risks they take of becoming victims of car thieves. Residents are encouraged to remember that vehicles with computer-coded key chips are equally susceptible to theft. Police say that a vehicle should never be left unattended while it is running, even with the doors locked, and that keys and valuables should not be left in the car. They also suggest an alarm or anti-theft device for all vehicles.
Fairfax County detectives are looking for any information the public may have about the groups responsible for the recent auto thefts.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Solvers by phone at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477).
ITS BEEN FOUND. KPRO GONE. FOUND SUSPECT, But not in custody...no proof, They're hispanic, they're from Chicago, but here in VA.

just had ips k10 dropped in. and didnt have a chance to enjoy the car
they had some [freak]ing *****, broke out my passenger side window in, unscrewed the light bulb in front of the house and took it away. happened between 1-5am. I didn't think it really would happen...but here it is. all that work GONE in minutes.
and the weird thing about it is..i'll just post the message I received from a "friend" on msypace concerning the recent thefts in our area.

What kind of race gas are you gonna use??? c16?? or Q16? my boy uses Q16 on his k20 hatch made good power with it. but C&C in manassas sells race gas. also the reason i asked you if you stilled lived around there when i was up there looking for a place was because some people told me some theifs were here from chicago and they were looking for your car. From what i was told they were the ones who have been taking alot of cars from the area. just be careful with ur car they already took my boys 700hp hatch. it dissapeared when they were supposedly here two weeks ago.

Because they are ignorant... they don't know what it is to work for something and appreciate it... and yet when you catch one of the these ***** in the act and you give him what he deserves the law ends up being on his side.... go figure you work hard for your stuff and some thief tries to take it from you and he is the one that gets protected... Don't you love the LAW SYSTEM

yeah, its been a high risk owning a RSX lately in NOVA. like high alert around here. lol. in the past 1-2 months there have been alot of rsx stolen or tampered with to get there kpro.
Im sure most ppl know who they are but cant really do much bout it, since its a whole mafia of these fawkers that dwell at the race spots or at these meets. I dont even go to those *****. But thats where they (thieves) are at.
