Default whats this motor worth?

i got a d16z6 longblock minus the exhaust manifold, and recently rebuilt transmission. 200k on engine. rings replaced at 150k but probably bad again since it was turbo. transmission rebuilt about 5k miles ago. what do u think its worth. im just trying to get it out of my garage and i dont want to throw it away.

ex honda tech of over 18 years who runs his own custom fab shop and only uses OEM honda parts. hes good at what he does. hes got a daily driver prelude with a turbo in the trunk in order to keep A/C lol. u think i could get 100 for the engine and tranny? and how bout the turbo, manifold and ****? is that stuff more valuble if its still attached to the engine?

i'd say 200 tops (read: obo) for everything if you have a receipt for the tranny
