Cant decide if I want to go skunk2 tuner series stg. 2 cams or keep my CTR cams for my turbo gsr build. My goal is to run up to 20psi on pump. I dont plan on running race gas or more than 20psi as this is my daily driver. Im shooting for 500whp. Two of my friends with similair setups achieved this on 18-21psi on pump gas (tuned by MASE )

Here is my set up, let me know what you think for my power goal and setup.

9.5 comp. cp
eagle rods
pnp head
supertech valvetrain
edelbrock intake
68mm tb
2.5" charge piping
a/c Ramhorn t3
precision sc61 63 a/r exhaust cover
50mm wg
3" dp to e-cutout

either or will work. at that hp i dont think it will start to matter. just DEGREE the cams and then get cam gears and when your on the dyno make adjustments accordingly and 2* difference between the IN and EX cams

 

Skunk2 everyone has made power on these cams, but yes make sure you degree them. Good luck man!

 

thanks for the advice, dropping the motor in next week, would be easier to do the cams on a stand then in the car lol
