the eg shock/spring well fit, but the way the suspesion is on the eg, your ef well be about half an inch to a inch higher then stock. That is if it's stock shocks/springs

im really not sure bout ride height differences. but im pretty sure that if u want the eg strut to fit on the ef, u have to get some eg front forks. and the rears bolt the same way. and btw....cutting=danger. i used to do that until one of my springs unloaded and didn't seat properly again, my rear tire got stuck onto the lip on the rear quarter, luckily i was jus leaving my house, ive heard of more tragic stories tho. coilovers aren't that expensive anymore

Then your best bet is to leave it stock, and not risk your life.

for somethin like 500 u can get a nice ground control setup wit skunk2 shocks. thas jus first site shopping. im sure u can find alot cheaper if u search. but if ur serious bout it, time and money are two of the most important things to any kind of build.
