94 civic vx charcole canister ???
ok im swapping a fullybuilt na d16 motor and my car has 325K on it original and when i swap the motor i was wondering if the charcole canister ever get replcased and if i should ? and if so how much and were ?

they can go bad, but it's unlikely that you'd notice that it's bad. They are the same for the VX as any other 92-95 civic, so if you really want to swap it out you can find them in any junk yard. IMO keep it the way it is.
Removing it raises the chance of the underhood smelling like fuel after a fill up and a decent amount of braking. (fuel tank vent runs into canister, once removed you have an open line to the top of the tank)
the EVAP setup doesn't hurt the car, if anything it increases fuel mileage slightly. Instead of wasting those fuel vapors you burn them.
