How are the Dynomax 3" Ultra Flow mufflers, quit? good, bad?
I have 3" custom bent piping with no resonator or cat with a pretty shitty rip off muffler and it is loud as hell. It doesnt sound to bad, but its just way too loud, i was just lookin around and i saw that dynomax ultra flow 3" for a little under 100 dollars. Would this sound decent and quit(er) at least? Any other suggestions you guys have let me know, thanks!
magnaflow or borla would work as well... IMO, the quality of dynomax isnt up to that of magnaflow or borla. i went through a few. (kept getting it replaced through warranty tho)
I would recomend Magnaflow all the way, the first exhaust I had was a 3" turbo back exhaust with a hollowed out cat (they like to think you have a cat around here), a short resonator tube and a magnaflow muffler and it sounded like stock untill I was really on it and then it just sounded deeper with that infectious whistle...
. I went ahead and just got an exhaust that comes out of the turbo and then goes like where the b-pipe goes and only has the one turb and exits right infront of the right rear tire for the track (shoots flames mad long!!!) But that just is basically one long resonator tube and it it pretty descent not too loiud but not a cofee can soundign exhaust either. But like I said I've always used magnaflow and people around me always wish they did too. Hope this helps.
