i just bought a front lip and i am wondering whether it will fit or not. it says it will fit accords from 1997-2000. i have a 2000, but its the newer body style. are the front bumpers the same for both body styles? thanks in advance.

maybe it meant 98-2000?
the bumper on 6th gens seem more pointed at the nose

 

yeah it should work... I got a type r style one off of ebay... it's 98-00 lip should fit... 01-02 bumper's are different.
