Default 96 with 99 climate controls + navi.

So here is a pretty intense facelift that i'm considering for my EX. Chameleon has a great DIY for the climate controls(https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=605432), but I'm curious if anyone knows what kind of harness would be needed to run the Navigation. I've decided to drop the X-Unit and go alittle more unique. I'm not sure if any of you have seen these, or would know where i could look. Also, the last one i've seen of these was in a 96 type r RHD and the navi was all in Japanese. Anyways, I'm trying to figure that whole set up, and info would be beneficial.

P.S. I'm still looking for some dual projector headlights. If anyone has any knowledge besides Denji's it'd be appreciated

I'd advise against the navigation. Not only is it all in Japanese, but it won't work for the US. It will only be a show item, nothing more (unless you ship the car to Japan).

I would imagine you would want the harness for the navigation system. Some of the ones I've seen for sale come at least with the plugs.

Id recommend if you want navi and the electronic climate control. Get the 99-00 USDM climate control. They have , after you take the radio out and that little shelf out, A large square opening that most in dash navigation systems fit in. And im sure you know you need to buy the Heater core/Blower box for the Electronic climeate control then . so you have to tear out your old one which means pretty much tearing your dash apart to replace the box. What i did is bought one from an Acura 1.6 EL forum (ClubEL.ca) .. they fit in the civic dash and they look 50 times better than the USDM climate control in my opinion, Sure you wont have a big opening for navi but you will save money and time on that big box you have to switch out. Which you dont with this every thing plugs in all you need is to get the EL air splitter This is mine that i bought.

It came in Canada only so its not JDM but its still rare lol
And to your PS... BE carful about projector headlights.. The dual projectors are just as bad as the single ones.. 90 percent of them use Foglight bulbs for the main beams and unless u do an HID conversion you cant see any thing. PLus the reflectors inside get moisture in them and then you cant see any thing. If you REALLY want projectors i suggest the TYC projectors. They and One other brand that i dont remember use the 9006 and 9005 headlight bulbs you would find in a regular car for Ex. the Chevy Blazer uses those combinations.
Unfortunaly companys make the headlights for "OFF ROAD USE ONLY" so they dont bother to put decent bulbs in them. Just becarefull. The TYC with a nice set of HIDs would be perfect.. there not Dual projector Nore do they have Halos.. but they look good and solid.. there little more expensivve but they are good quality headlights.
