Default How-to properly grease poly bushings?

I've heard about the problems that can happen to Poly bushings with non-bonded inner sleeves, so I'm trying to find out how to make my bushings a little more maintenance-free.

I've already read the info here (http://www.k20a.org/forum/showthread...ighlight=zerks) about installing Grease Zerk Fittings but I'm not sure if that will help the sleeves.

What I'm thinking, is would it be possible to drill small holes into the INNER side of the bushing so when I use the zerk fitting the grease will also get to the inner sleeve? Or if I try putting holes in the bushing will I just ruin them instead.

Thanks in advance,
