Civic won't start!
Hey guys, I need help with my car. It won't start (obviously). It turns over and is cranking but won't fire. My battery is a little weak but I charged it for a LONG time and still nothing. It has CEL's for misfiring, but as related to my other posts, it only misfires when COLD. I park it in a heated garage so the cold weather isn't an issue. The fuel filter, distributor cap and rotor, spark plugs and ignition wires have all be changed recently too. The firing order is also correct.
I'm leaning the problem being towards something to do with the distributor, or a sensor that isn't working, because I don't know what else could be causing this. As I said earlier it is cranking but doesn't sound like it's getting fuel. This doesn't make sense to me since I can physically hear the fuel pump prime, and I use Seafoam regularly (because it rocks), so there can't be a blockage in the lines or something.
I'm also thinking it might be something to do with the injectors. Can they stick shut when cold? The whole reason this problem started is because I was forced to park my car outside and it was cold last night. (around -5 ish), and it wouldn't start in the morning. But once we got it in the garage and it warned up wouldn't it start? I've told everything I know and need some help. Please guys! I don't wanna take my car to a shop and have a hug bill for something I can fix!
