Apexi AFC neo...
I currently found out that i can buy an Apexi AFC Neo for a good price. would i be able to use this or would i need to use this if i tune my car with a Neptune system or hondata??? what does everybody think? is this nessacary?

I hope you are being sarcastic.
Forget the AFC, and the FMU.
Go with Neptune or Hondata as you suggested, if you have to go cheap, Crome or Crome pro would be a good alternative.
