B18b in eg coupe... harness

Is it posibble to use the same harness from the non-vtec single cam on a b18b... my friend bought a b18b for his eg and it does not have a harness so is it possible to use the harness form the single cam??

i would say no but if it's on obd1 system then i have a harness that would work for it....just IM if you want it
