headliner removal?
Im wanting to know how to remove the headliner and the parts of it that go down next to the windsheild (between window and windsheild). Im doing this cuz im planning on painting/ dyeing it since its vinyl..... but i havent figured out how to remove it. Any hlep is appreciated
Since the car is old you're going to need to replace the clips that hold the panels on. Most of them are probably going to break when you pull the pillar trims off.
You're going to need to remove the seat belt anchors that are held on with one 14mm bolt each. You will need to remove the rear pillar trims, you might need to take the seat back out too which is held in by two 12mm bolts. The handles are held on with Philips head screws as well as the lights which are probably a mixture of philips heads and 8mm bolts. The rest is pretty much just clips. Try to find them somewhere other than honda, they're very expensive from the dealer. I know a company called "Winzer" sells them pretty cheap and they are the same clips.
The headliner itself is held in by velcro and clips.
Any more questions just ask.

I know it may sound silly and disgusting. But it may be easier to use a giant painters tarp and lots of frog tape and dye it in the car.
