Hey everyone, as the topic states I have a 97 Civic EX w/ an OBD2a B18b1 in it. I'm getting spark, i'm getting fuel, but it wont fire. The only code its throwing is #22 for a Vtec pressure valve...which doesn't matter since I don't have vtec. I'm just using a civic EX ecu for right now to make sure the car runs until my jumper harness gets here this week, then i'll be using a an obd1 P75. The car has a DX harness due to not being able to find an EX harness, I did the IACV fix, so its good there. Any ideas on whats going on?? Timing is also fine, i'm lost...

 

have you checked your compression?

 

No, it ran fine in the last car, its only been sitting for a month or so...

just wait until u get ur jumper harness, btw u gotta make make sure the distributor is obd1 with obd1 ecu, obd2 dizzy with obd2 ecu

 

The dizzy is an OBD1 dizzy rewired to plug into the OBD2 dizzy plug on my harness. So will that work w/ my jumper harness and OBD1 ecu?
