Well my 93 accord died during Labor Day weekend and I've been looking for a car since. I'm debating on buying a 2005 Honda Civic SI Hatch. Should I get it? It has 44K miles on it going for about $13,999.

I wouldn't pay 14k for a 160hp car.

but it if you like it. i have one as a dd and have not complaints about it at all and if you wanna give it a lil more power you can.

 

When I test drove an Ep3, my main complaint about it was it seemed way underpowered to me. My Rsx is even seeming underpowered to me these days.

I think mine is fun to drive, looks nice, handles well, and is comfortable to DD.

That is worth the money to me.

 

Umm.. Well I'm trying to view my PMs but I cant seem to find it. Sorry, I'm really am just still a NOOB.. and i'm still new to this site yet. But i've driven one before but it had a motor swap. It had a K20, which of course was pretty nice. And the interior is pretty nice also. I originally wanted to get a WRX but I haven't had much luck with finding one. So, i'm just opening my options.

They all have k20s (160 hp, 141 ft lbs) and mine is swapped too (200 hp, 142 ft lbs). Click that link I posted 3 posts back to get to your PM's. Nice WRX's are scarce around here at the moment, my buddy has been looking for quite a while.

I agree get an RSX-S I have a turbo one and love it but they are fast without a turbo

Give it up with the rsx-s. He obviously likes the ep3 given that he started this thread and he doesn't need to pick a car because of the motor.

Wait... he's driven a swapped ep3 and my ep3 I'm offering him is swapped.

see if you can haggle a bit on the price, if you cant its still not a bad deal. I would reccomend an EP3 anyday

Me too, but I would pay 14K for a 195hp caR though.

There is also a 04 RSX - S that has turbo and has about 37K miles on it. Only for 13K... But i'm really iffy about buying cars that are already modified.

But my heart is still with the WRX at the moment. Hopefully I can find one soon.

I dont mind a Honda. I love honda's but if you know Wisconsin weather.. especially during winter time.. you'll need the all wheel drive..
