Starting Issues ?
The vehicle is a 1995 Honda Accord Lx sedan.The battery has been recently replaced. When i put the key into the ignition the fuel pump primes and it just clicks when turned to the on position. The car will not turn over. What could this be ?
Confirm that the "new" battery is fully charged, check the battery cables and make sure that they are both Clean and Tight and lastly;
At night (or in the dark) confirm that the lights dim when you try to start the vehicle.
If they DO NOT, then you have a bad starter solenoid.
If they dim A LOT, then the starter itself is suspect.

And once you get it started, confirm Alternator output. With the engine running, you should see between 13.8 - 14.2 volts at the battery terminals.
