94 Accord Auto, Shifts really hard!!!
The only adjustment is the pressure lever cable , that goes from the throttle linkage to the front of the trans.
A better definition of "SHIFTS HARD" might get you some other suggestions.

Ya I never owned a Auto before,it does not slip it just shifts really hard,it's worse when it cold and gets a little better when it's warm.I bought the car with a bad trans,I pick up aone form a JDM motor dealer and change it,just trying to see if this is normal to shift hard.
No, a really harsh shift is abnormal in most all circumstances.

who's job is to cushion the shift application. Perhaps you have an issue here...
