CIVIC NOT GETTING FUEL

CIVIC NOT GETTING FUEL
I have just swapped out my old D16z6 for a newer one. Got it in and it ran great for about an hour. Now it wont start. Pulled the fuel line off the rail and not getting fuel. changed the relay, and pump. now no fuel and spark. What could cause this?
? but do you have gas in the car?

Yeah thats is good question. But after we were all done and we drove it around the block it was running out of gas. so we went to the gas station.
