Default Few questions, 95 civic coupe

Im looking to install a full size racing radiator in my 95 coupe civic. but theres two tubes (for A/C i believe) coming up between the stock radiator and fan. is there a way to relocate them? Or would it be easier to remove the A/C system, and if so, does anyone know of a write up on how to remove it? i cant move them back at all because then theyll be against my exhaust manifold.

If i pull out my old steering wheel, including the airbag on it, to install an aftermarket steering wheel, can i pass inspection (in PA)?

And my windshield washer fluid reservoir tank cap is dry rotting or something. does anybody know where i can purchase just a replacement cap? Ive searched and can only find the full reservoir system, which is like 40 bucks.

Thanks

The "two tubes" you are speaking of are for automatic transmissions.

A few questions...

1. Why do you feel you need a full size radiator?

2. Why do you want to remove your AC system?

3. Is this a stock motor? (I sure hope not).

As for the steering wheel question, what inspection are you speaking of?

http://www.slhondaparts.com for your windshield washer fluid or just go to a junk yard.
