idle problem

Default idle problem

the car runs at 1200 and i tryed everything adjusting the timing , idle control valve and cleaning out the iac sensor does any body now anything about this

make sure your throttle cable isn't too tight, check the little idle adjustment screw, and try taking off the fitv, unbolting the plate which is 2 philips, and then use a flat head and screw the plastic thing all the way in.

hay i tryed to adjust that screw u wer talkn about n it didnt do anything so i replaced both iac n the fitv n its still surgn do u think it can be the spark or electrical problem

no. does it run at 1200 constant? or jumps up and down?
check the throttle cable

I checked the throtle cable the pcv valve n the vacume lines . i read some were that the voltage reulator is in the altornator or it could be the distributor .

so your idle is jumping up and down? try bleed the bubbles from your coolant
