Bastard thieves.....
So I leave work and walk to my car to find that the right side view mirror is stolen!!
Not the entire unit, just the mirror part. Do you guys know if I can buy just the mirror from the dealership?

Yes you can just buy the mirror.
I'm only guessing by your screen name that you own a 2000 Accord. Here are the OEM part numbers for the mirror only.
76203-S84-K21 Right Mirror (Passenger Side)
76253-S84-K21 Left Mirror (FLAT) (Diver Side)
