Your best bet is finding the owner and asking them. This looks like it could be a custom color (though I'm not super familiar with 5th gen colors). So besides bringing it to a painter and having them try to make a match, you're probably not going to find anyone who happens to know it off hand.

seen something similar but its definitely custom. sorry man.
