Default Q's about boostin my stock b16

I have a stock b16 with about 120k miles and I'm thinking about boosting it. I'm using the turbo from my retire turbo d, its a t3/t4 50 trim .63 ar. So my questions are; is it recomended to get arp head studs? Can I push 300whp safely on the stock motor? Can the 50 trim push that much power out of the b16?

i'm doing same thing. i'd suggest doing headstuds, head gasket and titanium spring and retainers and you should be good for 300 whp or more. tuning is essential.

greddy 18g. bought the greddy turbo kit while ago. let's just say the only part of the kit that's left is the turbo. all i'm doing is springs, retainers, headgasket, head studs, fuel pump, bigger injectors, new manifold and hondata and i should be able to do 350whp with no problems with a good tune.
