so i went to get my car BAR'D on 10/22/08 and my car passed all the visual but not the emission. Does it matter if i have a OBD0 cat with a jdm d15b vtec and a p28

 

damm you must be lucky to pass visual on that jdm d15 vtec sohc i talked to a referee he told while i was smogging my ef about a few months back. he said he cant smog it cause theres no d15 vtec usdm to compare it to but it pass the smogged but couldnt get BARD. OBD0 and OBD1 cat are the same just OBD2 cats have a extra hole for the o2. it really depends on the referee if theyre willing to help you out or just fail you so you can leave. my friend failed visual cause he had a crack on the intake boot and some cracks on the hoses.

 

well he told me to put the stock intake and exhaust manifold then takeit back in I have AEM intake with cab eo# and dc 4-2-1 headers that also have the carb eo#
