i posted something like this before but i wasn't sure if i got scamed or not, but i just got my trace thingy back that i did on the money order and it turns out that the guy cashed it and didn't send me my **** he was supposed to. god damn i ****** pissed, what else can i do to get my money back?

You simply call the police in either his or your area and they will take it from there. I would suggest your area first that way if they press charges he has to come up to you to deal with them.

I think i got scammed by some guy on partstrader. i sent him 400 for some leather seats which he should have shipped . only got his name and cell #.he wasnt answering me back after all the email i sent him. i would call and leave messages.finally i got ahold of him and he said they will be here this week. I work at a collection agency (bill collector) and im head of the skip tracing department(tracking people who move or hide from us). i ran a search on this bastard incase he doesnt send my stuff this week. I got his social security #, his PO BOX, address, his home #, and everyones name that lives in a block radius of him.

 

yeah i usually meet up with people if i buy something off thepartstrader.com but this guy had all this stuff for $225 shipped. i've learned my lesson i'm not gonna be sending anyone any money for parts. either i drive and pick it up or we meet up.

 

Damb that's crazy, you got a serious advantage over that jerk. If he's fakin jacks burn his ***.
