Default losing compression

ok i searched through 20 pages of topics and didnt see a similar problem..so here goes..

i have a '92 D15B7 engine that had a internal oil leak, i replaced the valve guides, valve seals and rings and a new head gasket. While i had the head disassembled resurfaced the 45 deg angle on all 16 valves. Set the base timing on the nose and firing order is correct. Intake valve lash and exhaust valve lash set within specs. I have white/blue spark, 38 psi fuel pressure, air filter is clean, intake is clean, then i checked the compression, specs state nominal = 185 with a minimum of 135 with 28 variance. readings i got are cylinder #1= 100, cylinder#2 = 100, cylinder #3 130, cylinder #4 110, done a wet compression test and results raised 5 - 10 psi and all cylinders. i have heard that head bolts sometimes stretch and could leak compression, but seems like a lot of compression missing to be only that.

any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance
