my friends has a elite honda 80, it has been sitting for a few years, until just a few months go we got it running. we had to replace the fuel line and the gas. now there is a new problem. when we has up the elite up it pretty much tries to take off. and when we hit the back breaks to stop it and go one it will still try and go. also when i go to give it gas the motor will die out or just put out black smoke.. can any one help me out?
