fuse problem 2001 integra

ok so all of sudden my jdm front running lights/city lights stopped workin. checked fuse..wasnt blown..but there is also no power goin to the fuse from the fuse box.
wat do i do? i am really bad at electrical..but all wires are not melted..short'n or anything i could observe.
and help will be nice. thanks

first off power doesnt go to the fuse. a fuse is an inline overcurrent protection device, simply put. soo what you need to do is check between the fuse and ground and see if you have power. meaning put one probe on the the inlet power side of the fuse holder and one probe to the chassis. if no power is found look for a burnt connection on the back of the fuse box. if after 1 hour of looking and you still cant find your problem, if you get tired of [freak]ing with it wire it direct to the battery with an inline fuse. good luck bro
