Accord emblem badge adhesive
Assuming I want to reapply my Accord badge on the back of my car, where can I find the adhesive, or something like it, to slap that sucker back on?
I've searched but all I can find are aftermarket emblems with the "peel & stick" backings.
I want real adhesive that will keep that on there..

I know it sounds week, but it kept my vent visors on my car for 6 years worth of wind, rain, sleet, snow, high pressure washers and drive through car washes. In the end I still had to scrape it off and use adhesive remover (spray nine) as well to remove it completely.

3M 9088 is the product number. It is 3M's white w/red lettered backed double sided tape. 3M 9088FL has a solid red backing on it. Both are clear when applied.
IIRC they also have green & black lettered backing. They are all of different thicknesses and strengths. The 3M Red product # 3M 9088FL, is what is used on most automotive trim parts that use double sided tape. The red has the widest temperature & moisture ranges for holding it's shear strength.
Edit*
I would think that a store like Wal-Mart or AutoZone would carry it Down in the US if Canadian Tire stocks it up here.

I use 3M double sided tape. You can get a small roll of it at Autozone or Advanced Auto for like $5. Clean off all the old stuff, put the tape on the emblem, trim with a sharp razor blade, use alcohol to clean the cars surface, peel and tick it on. Hold pressure on the emblem for about a minute or so.

You can find this stuff at Home Depot, Lowes, Autozone, Advanced Auto Parts, Walmart, K-Mart, you get the idea.

3m makes a tube of auto badge adhesive too. Not sure if that's what they call it or not but it's for putting on emblems. People told me about it when I put a emblem in my aftermarket grille for my truck. I used silicone as they didn't tell me until after. The silicone is holding up okay how I used it but I think that other stuff would probably be better in most cases.
