Default Resonable Price to ask for B17A1 Block?

Ive got my original B17A1 / YS1 tranny setup in my gsr currently, and ive got a b17a1 block complete that mi building up on the side... Im gonna be pulling my current block thatsi n my car soon to make way for headwork cams/etc and the new block going in.. Im gonna sale the block that comes out of the car AS IS w/ 191K on it, doesnt smoke to bad and it still runs damn strong. My question is, what should I ask for the complete block, it will be including a complete running block minus the waterpipe/thermostat housing, and sensors.

Whats a good price to ask? My friends serious abotu buying it but idk what would be fair, i know its rare so i dont wanna give it away... The guy i bought my spare block from sold it to me complete with a spun bearing and a bent rod for $90 lol, got the crank turned for $130 and micropolished and fixed that right up and got a new set of p61 rods on CTR pistons to replace the other.

thanks
-Logan

The B17A1 might be rare, but its not really some magical block or anything that comes stock with any amazing features. Most people aren't going to spend any more money than they would for a B18C block, probably a little less. Somewhere between an ls block and a gsr block would be fair IMO. Good luck with your project!

I'd say depending on the condition somwhere between $200 and $400. Good luck on the sale!

Well All I know is I see B17 cranks go for $250 + shipping on here every now and then JUST for the crank alone.

think the only difference between a b16 and a b17 is the crank rods and pistons, I believe(could be wrong) that the block is the same

yeah the block is the same (Says pr3 on rear) pistons and rods are p61 and crank is pr3 but its slightly different from a b16a crank.

not much difference, hell 78cc more is barely a go cart.
