does acura make seat covers for the itr
side of drivers seat is starting to wear a little. i thought acura made seat covers for the R that looked like the seat. called acura and they said they never heard of it, but acura hear is a bunch of rejects. anyone know for sure?
The seat covers are NOT made/sold by Acura. (Unless you're talking about the actual fabric that's part of the seat on every R that comes from the factory - which you CAN buy from your dealer.)
There ARE aftermarket seat covers, and there are probably a few Acura dealers who sell them too (even though they're not Acura seat covers). Many are sheepskin, but there are others made of other fabrics and materials. Click here for links to a bunch of places that make and sell aftermarket seat covers for cars.

I have seen seat covers from acura that are black and have a big red "A" emblem on them. They look pretty good.
I believe they were discontinued quite some time ago, though so they may be hard to source. Check w/ Mike K, maybe he at least can verify or supply a part #
yeah.. there was a guy on here who was even selling/trading a set he had.. i almost bought em.. they looked nice.. he said they were an option when he bought the car at acura i think..
cant seem to find them online anywhere. the actually fabric from acura new is 200.00 for the piece i need. so i figured that if i am going to spend 400.00 on both seats total i might as welll see if i could find the entire seat cover. anyone have a part # or have the hookup on these things?
