Wow look at this wiring. Plz help d16z6!
Okay I have a 92 civic hatch with a z6 swap. It also has a si tranny. Look at this wiring. and I didn't do it before you blame me lol.
That lime green wire is supposed to run from the fire wall with a brown one down to somewhere on the left side of the motor. (Followed the brown and it looks like its a ground?)
But INSTEAD its ran back to the right and hooked to a blue wire from a different plug from the fire wall.
Any suggestion and would this be a reason I have a ELD, and IACV cel code?

That wire is going to an aftermarket tach, or possibly an RPM activated switch, the blue wire that it starts out as is the tach signal wire.

Right where the splice is there would normally be a plug with a rubber cap on it. Technically that wire is called the "tach test wire" its so a technician can plug a tach in to monitor engine speed when working on the car. But it is often used as alternative to tapping into the blue wire going to the distributor when wiring in an aftermarket tach. That wire is not used for a factory cluster. Tachometer wiring is already present in all models so that an EX/Si gauge cluster may be used in any model with no wiring.

Wow that helps alot thanks, I just thought It was someones hack job on the swap lol. But my car idles horribly up and down and around 2k.. I cleaned the IACV. Any ideas, You've helped so far lol.
The ELD CEL i can't specifically tell you about, other than I belive the actual ELD unit is in the engine bay fuse box. IACV might be bad, or someone plugged the wrong plug into it (common when an engine swap is done as their are 3 identical connectors right in that general area.) wire colors for the IACV should be blue/yellow and yellow/black.
