I just picked up a JDM Road Flare and I'm questioning the size.

I thought this would be a lot thinner and smaller than it it actually is.

Can anyone else post some sizes of their road flares and help me out.

My flare measure 1"x6"

it has the flare holder size also the mouting bracket size seems bigger than yours hope this helps

is the flare suppose to say Honda on it?

 

not sure it should on the actual flare part but not 100% check out ebay they have alotta stuff on there for them they acutally are installed on the passenger side kick panel where the ecu is. i guess its all up to you where to put it but i hope this helped out

The flare that came from the factory says Honda on it however since it's an item needed to pass inspection most people just pull one out of a junkyard so your flare could be from anything.

My inspection isn't till 2010 and I don't like driving with a flare from 1992 around in my car. If you want a mad tyte JDM road flare that says Honda then send me $50 to cover shipping and handling fee's and your address and I'll be more than happy to mail it. Unless customs says no road flares then you're screwed.
