don't think so.....from my understanding, they're all slightly different.

Well Cuz i need one . so would a gsr or a b20 cover work ?

no it'll not fit...gsr v.c. is for b-series dohc vtec only...b20 head? only an ls or another b20 valve cover......91 prelude is a b20
