Default z6 dizzy on y8 head

ok iv search and nothing on which to cut

i got a d16y8 and a z6 dizzyin my 91 crxhf

im fixing to put the z6 dizzy on and b4 i cut the wrong bolt tap (ear) off which one do i cut off to make it fit right?

if u guys can help that be grrrrreat!!!!!!!!!
and post a picture of it plzzzzz

You need to run the OBD2 dist.

u can run a si z6 dizzy... i for got to say i have a p28 too
jus neeed to know which tab to cut

Use the d16a6 dizzy, it bolts right up on the y8 head!

edit: wait you have a p28 ecu, then yea you have to use the z6 dizzy then. well you can always put it on and see what bolt will bolt up and for the last tab you can cut it off? Wont it leak if you do this?

what are you doing that requires you to cut a tab period? are you putting that on a non vtec head??

im puting a 92-95 d16z6 dist on a 99 d16y8 vtec head and i got a p28...all this is going into my 91 crx hf

and its been done b4 that ppl said that u wud have to cut off a bolt tap

use a 92-95 civic dx 1.5 dizzy non vtec tho it will im running it now in my y7 y8 mini me and my 91 civic works mint no drilling grideing to make it fit

i got my obd1 dist adaptor the other day

and wat if i leave out the 2nd plug that im holding and jus use the obd1 plug and connect to the obd0 harness and plug into the obd2 dist as pictured...
will it work? lmk
