Default TRANS HELP!!!

i have a S80 GSR trans and recently it's starting to go rough into third...is there a way i can fix this? changing something?or is it not worth fixing?one more thing, it's hard to find b series trans where im from.....

if it just a mild scratch going into third than i would try some redline synthetic tranny fluid. if its really bad though your gonna need new syncros. Definatly worth fixing though, no matter which one of the two it is.

</TD></TR></TABLE>i actually just flushed the trans and replaced with synchromesh full synthetic and it still does it....every other race it wont go in an i get stuck grinding and redlining... are the synchros hard to replace and is it only available through acura?

the syncros are a pain especially if you dont know anything about the insides of a tranny, its like a maze in there you can get off brand syncros, but i would go with OEM.

Another option would be to go with the gearspeed carbon coated synchros. I used them when i rebuilt my old s1 cable tranny and was quite happy with.
