Default Water Spots, Interior dye

I usually never come into the Paint and Body section, but I should more often..

anyway, i have some water spots on my windows from the sprinkler, and no matter what they wont come off.. any suggestions? i have used some invisible glass, and then there was this gunk remover stuff, but i havent tried yet...

i searched on google, and there was a thing that said mixing some vinegar in with water will help..

also, i have the stock honda blue interior, and was going to paint some of the pieces.. i was trying to find a tech article on the type or paint or dye and a process on doing this... any ideas?

for the water spots there are a few diff things you can try either with a razor blade, green scotch brite pad, or rubbing compound.

for the interior check out this thread
