my b16 tranny grinds in high rpm,s but in low the shifting is fine need advice!!!!
My best guess would be syncros. probably not completely bad... but worn. Its pretty common
My tranny did the exact same thing. It completely went away with a bottle of synchromesh and Royal Puple oil.

You can go to your local Pepboys and buy Pennzoil Synchromesh.

ok i got the stuff but i dont have a dip stick and i dunno how much it needs i think i have to much because i could shift at higher rpm,s but still mild grind
The oil takes a while to coat your synchros. If I remember correctly, it took about 2 weeks for the grinding to go away completely.

I just did a full tranny fluid change using Honda MTF. My trans is a JDM YS1 and it had a third gear grind which wasn't even subtle at low speeds.

It took me about 5 days of solid driving for the transmission to feel like my S2000's (nice and smooth)
Next time I may give the synchromesh a shot - but for now Honda Genuine does it for me

Well if you wana try it out andits not your daily driver you can just put in the syncromesh and see if that works if not then pull the tranny out and replace your syncros or shave em sharp which is what i would do its the safest and best bet
