I am looking for snow tires for my sisters base RSX and would like to go with 15's for the cost and extra sidewall.

Can anyone tell me of any 15's that they know will fit on an RSX without making any modifications?

205/60-15's are about $100 less than 215/55-16's

and my sis is a school teacher so every buck counts.

Well, most 15 " wheels will fit the base.

The correct size is 195-65-15. So you could run a 205-60-15, or even a 185 65 15 for snow tires.

Less width the better for a snow tire on a light car. Id go with the factory size of 195-65-15.

I would go with what was recommended from factory!

 

I thought they all came with 16's... was there a factory 15" wheel that came on any of the RSX's?

every time I do a wheel search on tire rack or similar it only lets me pick 16's so I just figured that is what they all came with from the factory.

15 by 7 with an offset of 40 and lower will clear both base and type a brakes
