Default Just bought a 94 civic, and i dont know what kind of brakes i got

I just bought a 94 civic ex, and it seems to have larger stock lookin brakes in the front, but the previous owner dont know. i went and purchaed integra gsr brakes, type r brakes, 99-00 civic si brakes, and neither of them worked, i was wondering if someone know how to tell what kind of brakes are on your car???

You mean that you bought pads for a gsr, type r, and 99-00 civic si but none of them worked? Just to clarify

Have you tried buying a set of pads for a 94 ex yet?

The Civic got a brake upgrade in 1994 with larger rotors and abs.
If your car has abs you probably need to let your autoparts guy know. I think abs might have been an option so some cars dont have it.
