Default big dent in my exhaust :(

I got a big dent in my exhaust today ( buddy club pro spec 4 ) for a 02 type S. It is about a foot away from my race header. I took it for a test drive after wards and it didn't seem to make a noticeable difference in performance / sound. Should I be worried and take it to a shop to get it fixed ? Will it affect exhaust flow?

Thanks for reading

Cindy, is this the thing you were looking for?

It's on the list of computer accessories and parts. They have the DVI video thing to convert that jap monitor to work with your other computer. Just about any other kind of wire adaptor, usb connectors, monitor extension wires, ps2 extention wires, and all kinds of female and male swap connectors and things that I think would help your shop. If that above link don't work then goto http://www.lducompany.com and click on computer accessories. Let me know if that is what you need and give me your email address again.

I'd say leave it. I did a similar thing, but the hanger on my muffler broke off and it started rattling really bad, needless to say I put that HKS catback I've had layin around on, but had to wrap it with header wrap because it was rattling against my Progress sway bar.

YOu think it would have a big affect on performance? Right now I only have bolt ons but what about when I get a k pro? ITs pretty bad my pipe is shaped like someone took a big bite out of a cookie

Just take it and get it fixed. A muffler shop can get it out, or replace that piece for you. Shouldn't be that much.

Is your car slammed or does the exhaust just hang rather low (or both)?

What more do you want?

Flow is being restricted, period. Will you notice it? Depends upon how big and deep the dent is.

I'd get it fixed, it can't be too much to fix because I got my full midpipe to stock muffler done for like $105 so a 4-6 inch (assuming it's around that size) can't be very expensive.

I know you can get it done at intec racing in kent, but I went to Midas. There's one in kent that I went to it's on Benson RD by the Fred Meyer. I know there's plenty of other muffler shops around and they probably won't be too much more, possibly even a little less.
