Im sorry to post this here but I just signed up and cant post in the proper market threads, so I had no choice but to post here for help.

I bought this top mount turbo manifold and turbo w/lines fors $950 in the market place from username "eviiil" rudy isner http://www.hondamarketplace.co...83757, all he sent me is a fake receipt thrgouh text messages and all throught text and never sent me anyything. He said he would refund me but failed and he spent my money already and has no money to pay me. I tried to work something out with him but now he doesnt return my calls or texts and he block me on myspace as well. I warned him two weeks straight that Im going to turn him in to my coast guard legal office but he doesnt seem to care. Its been a month already and no refund or anything, and get this when I called this guy he was yelling at me..wtf is that, sounds like hes lacking some brain cells.

Well if anyone has any info on him please let me know or if you have advice to give me.. also I filed a complaint through paypal and only got back $61, his refund failed because he has no money in the bank. He spent my money and now has blocked me from contact.. Im going to turn him in through my chain of command and have everything printed out from day one.

Any help would be appreciated. I know he scammed some1 by h-t username JDMH22HATCH earlier this year.

good luck usually stuff like this never ends well. post his address if you have it maybe a local from h-t can go knock on his door(or his face)

 

Well yea I just sent him some more text messages and tried calling him telling him his information will be turned in come monday morning. It seems like he doesnt care anymore and he also blocked me from sending him messages on myspace.

Im almost out $1k, and this guy is just ignoring me. So fast to keep asking for the payment but dont get nothing back exept a fake receipt and excuses..

Well Im leaving work early to go turn his info in to the police in about 15 minutes. So good luck Rudy if youre reading this, Ill see you in court or youll be seeing the proper authorities soon..

 

sadly police will do nothing about this. ive been trying to deal with people in the past and its been well over a year and police havent found anything out since it is not a priority case. Guess drug dealers and murders is all they think about. wonder what good a fraud division is for.

Well I just came back from the Coast Guard Legal (Im in the military), they have all his information and are going to take action and they informed me that if he doesnt get back to me that soon after that . I could do a small claims court right on base, and if he doesnt show up he loses. So they are going to take action.

Also just came back from the alameda police department, they called his phone and he didnt answer as usual and they left a message to contact the police department and return the money or theyre going to take the next step and will proceed civil action if he doesnt get back to me or APD in the next 2 days. So its up to him, the officer said that hes going to spend way more money in fines and fees and he will end of spending way way more money in the long run.

So its up to you Rudy, I know your reading this. The police department and Coast Guard are officialy on this. Its no ones fault but yours.. good luck...

Yea well the police department is on him now and the Coast Guard, and if he doesnt get back to me soon with the money he will be put under small claims court and will end up paying more in the long run, including many fees and charges. the police officer left a voice message on his phone on what will happen if he doesnt respond so its up to him which way he wants to go.

Well heres the add that I bought it from, notice that he just edited the post yesterday and erased everything on the add once I told him hes going to be turned in. Well its ok because I printed out the oirginal add to cover myself if anything.
