I own a 99 Civic DX Sedan. (blah) I've done a little research for an exhuast set up (header back) because I want to upgrade, but I haven't as of yet because I need my "facts" straightened out. Please correct me if I am wrong. From my understanding I may use 92-00 Civic EX header, but, I need to use a 92-00 catalytic converter (a straight pipe is not on option) and an EX "after-cat" O2 sensor. From the cat back, I may use 96-00 EX catback exhaust. Thanx, to anyone who responds with any helpful information.

you can use the 92-00 header but not cat. coz the obd1 92-95 civics have no hole for 2nd o2 so you have to use the 96-00 civic catalytic with 2nd 02 sensor in there
