I see there are 2 thermosensors...one just next to the temp gauge sender, under the dizzy...the other just above the oil filter on the back side of the block. What do these 2 thermosensors do???? I would suspect one turns on the relay for the fan...and the other??

The one on the rear of the block is the fan switch. Pretty sure the other one does not measure oil temperature.

yes the one under the distributor is for the gauge, the other one under the distributor is for the ecu and the one on the back of the block is to turn the fan on.

Does that mean the Thermosensor by the dizzy that the ECU uses, is only an on and off switch??? Just like the thermosensor for the fan??
No, the one under the dizzy is for the cluster. The one that controls the cooling fan on and off is behind the block next to the oil pressure sending unit. Cooling fan is 2 prong, oil pressure is 1 prong. (Behind the block)
