Default orange wire paired with black/yellow wire, fuse #14

I'm back at my old project, and I kind of forgot where I left off. I have a black/yellow wire paired with a blue/yellow wire that I am pretty sure goes to the IACV, but I also have an orange wire paired with a black/yellow wire that I don't have going to anything. I think its blowing my #14 fuse too. Any idea where this wire goes?

Those wires are for the IAC but the black wire should go into the harness, at least on mine it does

IAC...you mean IACV? that's the blue/yellow wire, I'm talking about straight orange and black/yellow. The black yellow is hot too.

ok, is the orange wire for a tandem valve control solenoid? If so, MPFI engines, like the b16 I swapped, don't have this, so I'm just supposed to tape it up or de-pin it?
