Tein Type RA coilover spring rates?
Could be a dumb question, but here goes. So the R I'm looking at purchasing has Tein Type RA coilovers. Obviously, Tein no longer manufactures these, and doesn't have info on them on their website. The only place I've found a chart with spring rates is I think jdmcarboy.com or something like that. From what I've read, the rates are 783ish front/570ish rear. My friend was under the impression that they were more like 900ish front/1000ish rear. Anyone out there know exactly what the rates are for these? My searches have brought me countless WTB/FS threads, but none that listed spring rates. Just curious, as I'd like to know what the car has, would make tuning it easier.
Edit: I've found a few more websites that listed spring rates, and I'm leaning more towards the 783(14k)/590(10k) being correct, as thats what I keep seeing. I guess its possible this car has custom rates, as Tein offers springs in different rates, but I think its unlikely the previous owners of the car would have put custom rates on it, as its never seen track time.
