Just go to AutoZone and pick up and H1 Halogen Bulb take out the old bulb and replace it. It is a pain in the *** though, but not as much as the drivers side. You have to take the bolt out of the power steering fluid holder and push it out of the way to get your hand to the low beam bulb, then remove the rubber lining before you can pull the bulb out.

^Thank you so much for your insight. Are H1 Halogen Bulb the same as OEM ones? I just don't want this passenger side one a lot brighter than the driver side one.

The lightning shade will likely not match. May as well get 2 Silverstars.

They still could have a different shaded bulb or filament winding. But if he gets an OEM bulb, he probably won't notice a difference.
