Default Build NA motor in an obd2 hatch emission questions

with a jdm b20b block eagle rods, 11:5 CR.... obd2 itr head P&P Skunk2 pro 2 cams......

if i run a obd2 ecu chippd and tune with chrome could i pass emission? or if i run a stock obd2 usdm itr ecu will it throw any codes with the all the mods? and do i have to take my 310cc injector out and replace it with stock in order to pass?

any help and information be appreciated!

If you live in a state that has an emissions testing program that includes scanning the OBD2 connector, then your hands are really tied. You can't change the ECU because the scanner reads the VIN from the ECU and it wont match your chassis. As far as chipping, I have some serious doubts but I haven't come across it yet so I can't say for sure (I'm a certified I/M Tech).

You can call a local smog shop and ask whether they scan OBD2 cars or just do a two-speed idle test for all cars.
