Will a muffler for an EK hatch work on my EG hatch? I'm thinking about buying a Mugen twin loop muffler but can only find places that advertise for an EK hatch. Also, where's the cheapest place to get one of these.

 

I would like to know if a cat-back for a 92-95 hatch will fit a 96-00 hatch.

 

no it will not. I have tried.

 

yea it will..my boys racing medallion for an EG worked for his EK...he replaced the stock EK headers with the EG one....and the mid pipe hangs really low..

 

I've only heard that the hangers are in the right spots and the piping/muffler locations are fine... its just the connection to the cat that may bring proper-length issues into the mix.

 

To WAFFLES:

1) what problems did you run into when attepmting to install the exhaust.

2) WHY DID YOU CHANGE YOUR SIG?! J&SB owns!

 

It fits. I know someone that installed a full CTR catback. It was off by 0.5-1.0" max.

 

yes JASB owns....but Teken asked me to change it so I have to comply. It's cool though.

Yeah it fits, but there is alignment problems like Owen is talking about.
